Returns & Exchanges

At MazdaShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your MazdaShop account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package the Item

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
